All our apartments offer fast and free Wi-Fi.
4. Where can I park my car? Is parking free?
Each apartment comes with free parking in a secured garage. Please inform us in advance if you require parking.
5. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
6. What amenities are included in the apartment?
Our accommodations are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and hair dryer.

Each apartment includes a curated list of must-visit spots in the area and a short local guide.
8. Do you offer cleaning services during the stay?
Yes, extra cleaning services are available upon request at an additional cost. Please request at least 3 days before your arrival.
9. Are pets allowed?
Most of our apartments are not pet-friendly. You can check the listing description to see which ones allow pets.
10. What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
We provide 24/7 customer support. For emergencies like fire or earthquake, please use the emergency contact numbers provided inside the apartment.
11. Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability. Please contact our support team to request this.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings: • Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be refunded 75%. • Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival will be refunded 50%. • Cancellations less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable.

All our buildings are located in safe areas with virtually no crime. They also feature 24/7 security staff and surveillance cameras in all public spaces.
15. Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees—what you see on our website is what you pay. Additional charges only apply if you request extra services.
